Interesting World of Sacramento Real Estate - 12/10/2015

Since i became a full time Sacramento Real Estate agent, i have seen and heard many strange/funny/odd/weird/interesting things.  A lot of times i get to see things many people would not in their job since i am inside of so many homes and interacting with some many different people from all walks of life.  Here's a quick look at my latest interesting "thing."

#InterestingWorldofRealEstate: This week i'm sharing some pictures of a house that was on the market a while back in #CollegeGlen .  The downspouts caught my attention.  Aren't their purpose to divert water away from the house and foundation??  Whoever installed these thought it would be best to deliver the water directly to the house foundation.  Can you imagine once a few leaves and a little dirt get in there too??  There is literally 1/2 inch clearance here for the water to get out. #HowToDamageYourFoundation #SorryHoneyItsNotQuiteTouchingTheGround  #Sacramento #SacramentoRealEstate

Tale of Two Markets - Sacramento Real Estate update in Winter 2015/16

Doug Reynolds, a Sacramento Area Realtor, discusses the current real estate market in Sacramento:

A "Tale of Two Markets" I call it.  There's an interesting dynamic going on in the Sacramento Real Estate Market right now.  Properties are either being sold for at or above list price within a few days of hitting the market with multiple offers OR they are sitting for a long time with very little activity and having to do price reductions to chase the market.  There's not a whole lot going on in the middle right now.

Interesting World of Sacramento Real Estate - 11/27/2015

Since i became a full time Sacramento Real Estate agent, i have seen and heard many strange/funny/odd/weird/interesting things.  A lot of times i get to see things many people would not in their job since i am inside of so many homes and interacting with some many different people from all walks of life.  Here's a quick look at my latest interesting "thing."

#InterestingWorldofRealEstate: This week i wanted to share some photos from a house i showed in my neighborhood of #CollegeGlen.  This was about a year ago but a very interesting/cool feature i had never seen before.  The house backed up to the HWY 50 so there was an extremely large sound barrier/block wall in the backyard.  The prior owner was an avid rock climber.  They installed indoor rocking climbing holds on the large wall.  This turned the wall into a feature for fun and exercise, for all ages.  If my daughter had been with us, she would have stayed out there all day.  A really fun "thing" i wanted to share this week.  #BelayEquipmentIncluded #3bed2bathWithaRockClimbingWall #Sacramento #SacramentoRealEstate
