They live out of the area so i managed the property while we got it ready to be listed (as i do nearly all my listings in College-Glen). Talking with a seller about two different properties at the same time got tricky every once in a while. we had to make sure we were both talking about the same house as they were both on the market at the same time, both in escrow at the same time and both closed escrow the same week to different buyers. Since i became a full time Sacramento Real Estate agent, i have seen and heard many strange/funny/odd/weird/interesting things. A lot of times i get to see things many people would not in their job since i am inside of so many homes and interacting with some many different people from all walks of life. Here's a quick look at my latest interesting "thing." #InterestingWorldofRealEstate: I was showing houses to a buyer client of mine a while back and we came across this cool/unique piece on the wall. Hello Mr. Mustache, would you like to hold my coat/hat/umbrella??? THank you. One of those awesome pieces you just don't see everyday.
And then as we continued through the house a bit more, we walked into the master bedroom area. Hardly anything had been done to the house except this area was updated. Problem?? The mirror only goes half way to each sink. Ooops!
