This Month i talk about the May 2016 stats and how it's more of the same for the statistics over the past few months. The median prices continues to bump up due to high buyer demand and low inventory to choose from. However, my prediction of inventory starting to increase has happened. We are now in a more #PriceSensitiveSellersMarket. More homes have come on for buyers to choose from and it has shifted the balance of power a bit closer to the middle.
