Sacramento County Real Estate Update May - June 2012

Doug Reynolds, Sacramento Area Realtor, discusses the current Sacramento Real Estate Market for May/June 2012.  The median sales price increased in April, making that the third consecutive month for an increase in pricing and putting an exclamation point on the fact that the bottom has passed in Sacramento Real Estate.  The housing supply of inventory has reached a new record low of below 1 month, buyers continue to fight over properties with multiple offers and the "Price Sensitive Seller's Market" is continuing through the summer.
