In this video, i talked about garage door remote controls. I know it sounds silly but you would have no idea the amount of issues that happen in real estate over these silly little things. Typically you are just about to close escrow or have just closed and the buyer says "where the garage door remotes?" or "There's only one remote for the garage door, where's the other one!"
This video should provide great info if you are getting close to buying or selling and want to educate yourself.
