#JustSold 7/21/17 in the neighborhood of #Natomas in the north part of #Sacramento .  This was a fun one for me.  I always like the “different” type of transactions.  The seller lives in southern California. So they found me online, came into town, we met and went over my process and I said I’ll take care of the rest from here.  I got my team into the property to do a little exterior clean up, a few little repairs/touch up, install a new dishwasher, clean the house and install some beautiful staging.  From there my photographer did a great job and I marketed the property.  We negotiated the sale with a buyer and completed the transaction without the sellers ever having to come back into town.  Smooth process for everyone. #IWillTakeCareOfIt  #NoNeedToComeBack #SacramentoRealEstate
