Just Sold - 906 Athan Ave, Roseville Ca 95678 - www.RealEstateWithDoug.com

#JustSold 11/22/2016 in Roseville, Ca.  I represented the seller of this great house. In fact, i helped him buy the house back in 2008.  Always fun and rewarding when you have known a client for so long that you represent them years later on the same house.  My client did a great job of listening to my direction on getting the house ready.  it showed great, my photographer did an awesome job and the market responded really well.  we had 6 offers and got it sold well above the list price. #HappySeller #SacramentoRealEstate #FollowAplan

Sacramento Real Estate Video Market Update November - December 2016

Doug Reynolds, a Sacramento Area Realtor, provides a monthly update on the market statistics.

In October, the median price increased to $321,000 compared to $318,500 in September. More importantly,  the median is 10.7% higher than a year ago.

The available housing inventory is at 1.6 months. Inventory typically tapers off during the Fall/Winter months and then increases again in the Spring/Summer. A “normal”or “balanced market” is considered about 2—3 months.

Due to traditional buyer slowdown at this time of year, the market is finding some balance. The market is still leaning towards sellers but only for the homes that are priced right/show well/great marketing. The others are sitting and having price reductions. ‪#‎PriceSensitiveSellersMarket‬

Recent popular photos on Houzz offer ideas for setting up your space for creativity, productivity and more

November 4, 2016

The term “home office” is kind of misleading. It suggests that the room is all about being an extension of a day at the office. Though that can be a part of what happens in them, home offices also are a place to do so much more. This is where people manage finances, organize family paperwork, keep track of schedules, plan events and corral digital photos.

A review of recent popular photos uploaded to Houzz between July and September 2016 reveals some design tips that can help you set up your own home office — whether you’re building a business, managing family affairs or looking for a quiet, contemplative space in which to be creative.
