JUST SOLD!!! 4/14/2015 in Elk Grove. Congrats to my clients. I sold tham a small home 5 years ago and after kids the family had outgrown that house. So i sold it for them last year and they just closed on this much larger home in a great neighborhood to accommodate their large family. I'm looking forward to seeing the upgrades and remodeling before they move in.
