This Month i talk about the July 2016 stats. My prediction of inventory starting to increase has happened. We are now in a more #PriceSensitiveSellersMarket. More homes have come on for buyers to choose from and it has shifted the balance of power a bit closer to the middle. Due to this the median has leveled off for now. Both an increase in inventory and leveling of the median price is "normal/Typical" for this time of year in Sacramento.
So what do you need to do as a seller to have the best success in the current market?? your house needs to show well, be priced right and have an agent that knows how to market the house correctly. That's the formula for success.
