#InterestingWorldofRealEstate: This week it's just a very odd thing. I was recently showing property in #Carmichael and my client and i were heading into a vacant property. We first walked into the kitchen and then we went down the hall and turned the corner to see this. So weird to see a dirty/rust shovel in the corner of a bright lime green room. I felt it was so odd i just had to snap a picture. By the way, this house has been on the market for over 6 months and is over priced. Huh? That's weird the #ShovelStaging is not getting it sold. Not to mention there was also about 7 different types of flooring in the 1100 square foot house. #Sacramento #SacramentoRealEstate

Interesting World of Real Estate - 11/12/2015
Since i became a full time Sacramento Real Estate agent, i have seen and heard many strange/funny/odd/weird/interesting things. A lot of times i get to see things many people would not in their job since i am inside of so many homes and interacting with some many different people from all walks of life. Here's a quick look at my latest interesting "thing."
